Hillary has more than three years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications and organizational change. She joined the Edelman Change and Employee Engagement Practice in June 2006 and is based in New York.

Hillary has contributed to programs designed to help clients accomplish measurable business results through holistic, strategic communications. Her clients include: Progress Energy, Johnson & Johnson, Guardian Life Insurance, General Electric, UBS and ArvinMeritor.

Hillary leads the planning and execution of her team’s Best Practice Summit for corporate communicators and is Edelman Change’s point person for new business requests in New York. Both leadership roles are critical to establishing Edelman’s reputation in the Change and Employee Engagement space.

Hillary holds a B.A., cum laude, from Union College, where she concentrated in English and Spanish and was part of both studies’ honors programs. She also holds an M.S., summa cum laude, from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, where she concentrated in public relations.
